Music Industry Columbia

MIC is a hub for aspiring music industry professionals at Columbia to meet one another and be empowered. A space to make the most of their shared experience as they network, learn, develop and grow toward their dreams and career aspirations.

Programming

MIC holds multiple panels (called Industry Insights) and community classes throughout the semester with working professionals in the music industry. MIC also holds multiple performance events and showcases to allow student artists as many performance opportunities as possible.

To join, attend a general body meeting or a songwriter’s circle meeting, which are advertised on the MIC instagram.
