Raw Elementz

Established in 2001 by former Culture Shock dancer Kristin Liu, Raw Elementz is the oldest, student-run hip-hop dance team at Columbia University in the City of New York. We are known for our crowd-pleasing performances at on-campus events like Night Market, GlassHouse Rocks, and our annual spring showcase Rawcus and off-campus events. We welcome people from any and all dance backgrounds and with any level of experience within the Columbia and Barnard student body to audition for Raw Elementz in either the fall or spring semester.
