The Varsity Show

The Varsity Show is Columbia’s oldest performing arts tradition and is dedicated to both celebrating and satirizing life at Columbia University. This full-length musical is written, composed, directed, choreographed, designed, produced and performed entirely by undergraduate students to showcase aspects of our collective college experience.

Programming

The Varsity Show performs at West End Preview and Turkey Day before our final performances in Roone Arledge Auditorium at the end of the semester. West End Preview is a casual sneak peek into what the team has been working on. Turkey Day is a performance of the full show presented to alumni of prior Varsity Shows. After Turkey Day, the show is rewritten based on alumni feedback and presented to the student body in Roone Arledge Auditorium.
